About the event
Meditative Yoga - 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Led by talented yoga, April Teunissen. She will take you through a meditative yoga to warm your body up and connect with your body and get you in the flow with the collective. Her fun aura is extremely contagious - you are guaranteed to feel amazing after this class.
Kundalini Yoga and Embodiment - 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Led by the powerful Ecstatic Tigress. She will lead you through a dynamic kundalini yoga session and then bring out your inner tiger in a playful embodiment session. This is a class like no other where you get to express every emotion you have with the collective to feel free, powerful, and enter into your theta wavelength.
Self Defense - 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Led by professional martial artist, Bradley Morris. He is a purple belt in jiu jitsu and has been training various martial arts for 8 years. The primary focus of this course is to understand the philosophy of creating boundaries, finding peace in conflict, and learning REAL self defense techniques. He will debunk many bad self-defense techniques that are often taught, and provide a real framework for self defense for all genders, sizes, and learning styles.
Note: You can attend any individual class, or stay for the entire day.
